Photography and Filming Consent Form

As the Female Basketball Association is accredited with Basketball England it follows the same Photography and Filming Consent policy. 

In accordance with Basketball England's Safeguarding Policy, Photography & Video Guidance, the FBA will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and the child.

The Female Basketball Association will take all steps to ensure images and video are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that that images, video are being used inappropriately you should inform Female Basketball Association immediately. Images and video are stored and shared in accordance with The Basketball England Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
